Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検査すべき物体を保持して回転させる回転駆動装置と、
    操作アームの治具ヘッドにスミア治具を装着して該スミ
    ア治具に保持されたスミア紙を回転状態にある物体表面
    に押し付ける押し付は装置とを備え、該スミア紙に付着
    する汚染物の検査によって物体表面の汚染の有無を検知
    する遠隔スミア装置において、上記治具ヘッドが筒状本
    体の内部にばねで外方へ付勢され且つ軸方向に摺動自在
    に嵌装した治具把持部と該把持部の位置によって電位変
    化を生じる差動変圧器とを備え、上記物体にスミア紙を
    押し付けた際の上記把持部のばね力に抗する変位により
    上記押し付けの圧力を検知し、この値に基いて操作アー
    ムの押し付けの度合を調整するように構成したことを特
    徴とする遠隔スミア装置における圧力検知機構。
