ル、８．１１は真空配管、１０はメカニカル・ブースタ
ポンプ、１２は油回転ポンプ、１３．１４はモータ、１
５はサーマルリレー、１６．１６３，１８は電磁接触器
、１７は給気弁、　　　　゛・１９は商用周波数電源、
２０は周波数変換装置。 なお、各図中、同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子ビーム発生系から電子ビームが入射される溶接室に
    真空弁を介して接続されたメカニカル・ブースタポンプ
    と、このメカニカル・ブースタポンプを駆動するモータ
    が第１の電磁接触器を介して商用周波数電源に接続され
    ている電子ビーム溶接装置において、直列に接続された
    第２の電磁接触器と周波数変換装置を前記第１の電磁接
    触器に並列に接続してなることを特徴とする電子ビーム
    溶接装置。
