Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a flange part and a scroll part by the same process by restraining the lower side and boss part of a work consisting of a boss part and a disk part by a lower die and a knockout punch, and after restraining the disk part by an upper die, pushing an upper punch provided with an engraving die that forms the specified scroll form into the disk part. CONSTITUTION:The lower side and boss part 22 of a work 21 consisting of a boss part 22 and a disk part 23 are restrained by a lower die 26 and a knockout punch 27, and the disk part 23 is restrained by an upper die 24. An upper punch 29 provided with an engraving die 25 that forms a specified scroll form is pushed into the disk part 23 and a flange part 32 and a scroll part 33 are formed by the same process. In this way, a scroll for compressor provided with a scroll part 33, a flange part 32 and a boss part 22 is obtained.

As shown in Fig. 1, a scroll compressor consists of two scrolls (1) integrally equipped with a scroll part (2), a flange part (3), and a boss part (4), which are assembled in opposition to each other, and one of them is connected to the other. The conventional forging method for producing the scroll for a scroll compressor is shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 1, in the first step, the workpiece is hot forged to form a scroll processed part (2a
), a flange part (3a) and a boss part (4a) are formed into a pre-processed product (1a), and the flange part (3a) and boss part (4a) are formed in the same process. 5: P: As shown in Figure 2, the scroll processed part (2a) has almost the same volume as the scroll part (2) in the final form so that it can be finished in the next process. In the second step, for example, in the case of aluminum alloy, the lower side and boss part (4a) of the pre-processed product (1a) shown in FIG. 2 heated to 2001:' are first knocked out with the lower mold (6). The upper punch (9) is fixed by force, and then the upper die (5) is used to restrain the outer periphery of the 7-rank part (3a) and the scroll processed part (2a), and the upper punch (9) is fixed with force.
), the material of the scroll processed part (mu) flows into the mold (io) of the upper punch (9), and the scroll part (2) is formed into the final shape by so-called backward extrusion forging. After the second step, the scroll for a scroll compressor shown in Figure 1 is formed by cutting the tip of the scroll portion (2) to make it flat.

However, in the conventional closed forging method for scrolls for scroll compressors, the processing time is significantly shortened compared to the forming method in which cutting is performed from a round bar material or finish cutting is performed after forging. It takes time and effort to hot-forge the material into a pre-processed product having a scroll-processed part, a 7-rank part, and a boss part, and also requires a step of forming the scroll-processed part into a scroll part.
Two steps are required to form the scroll part and the 7-rank part, which has the disadvantage of requiring a long processing time and a large number of steps.

The present invention was developed in order to solve the above-mentioned difficulties in the conventional closed forging method for a scroll for a scroll compressor. In the closing σ1 method, the lower side of the workpiece consisting of the boss part and the disc part and the boss part are restrained by a lower mold and a knockout punch, and the disc part is restrained by an upper mold. After that, an upper punch having a mold capable of forming a predetermined scroll shape is pushed into the disc part, and the flange part and the scroll part are formed in the same process. The present invention provides a closed forging method for a scroll for a scroll compressor, etc., in which the scroll part and the flange part are formed almost simultaneously in the same process, thereby increasing the processing accuracy between the two parts and reducing the number of man-hours and time required for the forming process. It is in.

The method of the present invention has the above-described configuration, in which the lower side of the work piece consisting of a boss portion and a disk portion and the boss portion are restrained by a lower mold and a knockout/ξ-winch, and the disk portion is After being restrained by the upper mold, an upper punch having a mold capable of forming a predetermined scroll shape is pushed into the disc part,
Since the flange part and scroll part are molded in the same process,
The 7-rank part and the scroll part connected thereto are molded almost simultaneously, resulting in a series of beautiful finishes, improving machining accuracy, and significantly reducing the number of man-hours and time required for machining.
