Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a sealant and a covering material and to perform repairing at a low cost, by sealing the leaking part of a laid fluid pipe with an adhesive material which foams in the stage of gelling and covering the sealed part and the inside wall of the pipe with a durable corrosion-preventive material. CONSTITUTION:Two pigs 3 which are elastic spherical bodies having the diameter equal to the diameter of a laid pipe 1 are inserted into the pipe from one end thereof. A material which has good adhesions and generates closed cells or a swelling property in the stage of gelling is filled in a liquid state between the pigs 3 and an air pressure or the like is applied in an arrow 7 direction thereto. The pigs 3 are thus moved forcibly and a leaking hole 17 is sealed with the liquid material. A durable corrosion-preventive coating material such as an epoxy resin or the like is transferred by using pigs 3 of slightly smaller diameter by a similar method upon completion of the gelling to apply a lining on the sealed part, the inside wall of the pipe and the joint part, whereby a coating layer is formed. The sealing and corrosion prevention in the pipe are thus accomplished by a simple method.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for sealing and preventing corrosion of installed fluid conduits, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a method for sealing and preventing corrosion of installed fluid conduits, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a method of sealing and preventing corrosion of installed fluid conduits, and more particularly, a foamable material or an expanding all material that has an adhesive property of 1lif+ and generates closed cells when gelled. (in liquid form) 111 leaching from the leakage part 1-J: The sea urchin is filled with FF force, and then gelled to form a durable anti-corrosive coating that has good adhesion to the sealing part, pipe wall part, and joint part. This is one of the most important ways to apply and coat materials.

The DC electricity consumed by the train returns to the substation using the track as a conductor.
A phenomenon (stray current) occurs in which the current passes through the earth as a shortcut, transfers to a buried pipe along that path, and then flows underground again in an attempt to take a shortcut.

Water is mixed in, and iron pipes are easily corroded chemically.
Because it costs a lot more money to replace a new pipe than to install a new one, it has recently become mandatory to use resin-treated buried pipes from the time of installation. .

After a detailed and parsimonious synthesis of the results of the four experimental examples described above, we arrived at the following conclusions.

That is, Ruj: Lining shrine (31 goes into the soil) by making a leakage hole 'X, even after passing through the big, pores are formed because 1.5 air per force passes through. This is thought to be due to gelation at J, J:, where the pores are opened, due to the aggregation η111 of the body periphery occurring in the gluing 11h, such as q2, where gelation is promoted.

Therefore, in the present invention, the seal 4A seals the leakage hole, and gelation 11.1 is performed using a material that "foams 1" or a material with increased swelling property, and VIG is used for pipes other than straight pipes. This is a method of squirting from a leak hole.
Next, after the gelation of the sealing material is completed, the gelled sealing part, the inner wall of the conduit, and the adhesive 1 part 1 of the silk are bonded with fI using the same method.

Since we use a substance that is resistant to light or a substance that has swelling properties, gelation will not occur even if there is an outflow hole for the pressurized air when filling the sealing material. In some cases, the IJ hole is completely sealed by volume expansion, which eliminates all the disadvantages of the conventional method.
