Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）温度検出素子と抵抗の組み合わせによる温度検出
    ブリッジを有した温調回路において少なくとも２つ以上
    のコンパレーターを有し、この内の１つないしくま複数
    個の前段コンパレーターの出力と各々の非反転入力端子
    間にダイオードを接続して、基準電圧との比較で検出回
    路の初期温度を検出して、その比較温度で規定される電
    圧で回路を、その後の検出温度の変化に対しても反応す
    ることのないよう安定せしめ、その出力で後段コンパレ
    ーターの出力を段階的に可変となることを可能ならしめ
    たことを特徴とする温調回路。
  2. （２）上記ダイオードを接続してば出力より非反転入力
    端子への電流が流れるようにダイオードを接続している
    ことを特徴とする上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項に記載された温調回路。
  3. （３）　　上記ダイオードを接続しては非反転入力端子
    より出力へと電流が流れるようにダイオードを接続して
    いることを特徴とする上記実用新案登　　　゛録請求の
    範囲第（１）項に記載された温調回路。
  4. （４）上記ダイオードを接続しては抵抗を接続している
    ことを特徴とする上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項に記載された温調回路。
