    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタのベース・エミッタ間電圧とこのトランジ
    スタのエミッタに接続されたＷＷ抵抗器の両端電圧との
    和電圧と、複数個の直列ダイオードに拓生する和電圧と
    が平衡して上記トランジスタのエミッタ・コレクタを流
    れる電流を定電流化する定電流回路において、上記トラ
    ンジスタに対して少なくとも１個のトランジスタをダー
    リントン接続するようにした定電流回路。
