    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主トランジスタのベースと検出トランジスタのベースを
    互いに接続し、該２つのトランジスタのエミッタにそれ
    ぞれ抵抗を接続し、該２つの抵抗は他端゛を互いに接続
    し、該検出トランジスタのエミッタに接続された抵抗の
    抵抗値を該主トランジスタのエミッタ電流と該検出トラ
    ンジスタのエミッタ電流の比が一定になるように選択し
    、該検出トランジスタのコレクタ側から出力を取出すよ
    うにした主トランジスタのエミッタ電流検出回路。
