Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一対のヒートシンクの間にサイリスタを挾持したユニッ
    トを絶縁座を介して相数に応じて所定数直線状に配列し
    て上段スタックと下段スタックを各々構成し、両スタッ
    クをそのサイリスタの極性が反対となり、かつヒートシ
    ンクの端子が相対向するように配置するとともに、上、
    下段スタックのヒートシンクの間に逆並列のサイリスタ
    に共通となるようにヒユーズを配設したことを特徴とす
    る逆並列サイリスクスタック。
