Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステアリングホイール又はギヤボックスに接続される第
    １軸とギヤボックス又はステアリングホイールに接続さ
    れる第２軸との動力伝達を、該第２軸側又は第１軸側に
    トルク伝達可能に組付けた摺動部材を軸方向へ移動させ
    て前記第１軸側又は第２軸側に一体的に固着した動力伝
    達部材にトルク伝達可能に係合又は離反させることによ
    り、高低２段に変速可能とした歯車変速機を備えてなる
    車両用２段変速式ステアリング装置において、前記摺動
    部材又はこれの移動方向に対峠して前記動力伝達部材と
    一体的に回転する部材のいずれか一方に軸方向へ所定量
    延びる突起を設けるとともに、他方に前記突起が選択的
    に嵌入する凹所を設けて、前記摺動部材と前記動力伝達
    部材が係合を始める以前°に前記突起が前記凹所内に嵌
    入するようにしたことを特徴とする車両用２段変速式ス
    テアリング装置。
