    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 耐熱性かつ絶縁性を有する酸化物磁器に抵抗体を印刷し
    、その上に絶縁保護層をコーティングし、焼結して作ら
    れた円筒型セラミックヒータの内部に可燃性ガスに感応
    する金属酸化物半導体の単体または複合物の粉体を成形
    して検知部をセラミックヒータと感応体との一体化構造
    としたことを特徴とするガスセンサ。
