の別の構造例を示すものである。 図において、１は半導体素子ζ２は金属冷却板、３はガ
ラスステム、４．５および６は真空外囲器構成部材、７
は外筒ガラスバルブ、８はコバール容器、９はゲルマニ
ュウム窓、１０は熱シールド、１１はアルミニュウム蒸
着膜、１２は金属板熱シールド、Ａは熱シールド１０の
遮蔽部をそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 低温度で動作する半導体素子を冷却する冷却用真空容器
    において、前記半導体素子の冷却部への外部輻射熱の流
    入を阻止し、且つ該半導体素子が検知すべき熱線、また
    は光線の入射を可能とする最小寸法の開口部を有する熱
    シールドをそなえてなることを特徴とする冷却用真空容
    器。
