Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、雨や霧の中にあっても、窓面を通して、内
部から良好な視界を得ることに関する。
従来、雨や錫の中においても、内部から良好な視界を確
保する場合如は、装着されたワイパが窓面の外面上を反
復運動して、水滴を除去している。
しかし、このワイパの運動は内部に居るものにとって目
障りである。
この発明は、目障りなワイパの反復運動なしに雨や霧の
中にあっても、窓面な通して、内部から良好な視界を得
ることを目的にしている。
この発明を自動車のフロントウィンドウグラスに実施し
た例を図面によって説明すれば次の通りである。
第１図において、フロントウィンドウグラスを覆う透明
シート１は、定位置に留っているワイ／′８７を通過し
て、その両端は１対の巻取り円筒３ａおよび３ｂに固着
して（・る。ワイパ７は公知のものと同様であって、第
２図に示す様に、窓枠に固定されたワイパケース４の中
に、スプリング５とワイパ固定金物６を介して、透明シ
ート１をフロントウィンドウグラス８に押しつける様に
なつ−ている。巻取円筒３ａ、３ｂは、後で第３図によ
って詳述する様に、交互に、ある時間間隔で回転するこ
とによって、透明シートｌを早い速度でフロントウィン
ドウグラス８の面上を左右に移動させる。透明シート１
上の水滴はワイパ７を通過する都度除去される。また透
明シート１の上下の縁はガイド２の中に沿っているので
、グラス面との間に水滴は入らない様になっている（第
１図および第２図） 第３図は巻取り円筒３ａ、３ｂの作動態様を示す１例で
ある。
巻取り円筒３ａ１３ｂの心棒１８ａ、１８ｂは上下端を
軸受１２に支持されており、中間にそれぞれブー１Ｊ１
７ａ、１７ｂが固定されている。
さて、モーター９が作動すると、ギア　１０を介して上
下端を軸受１２に支持された軸１１が回転する。その回
転はクラ、チ１３ａまたは１３ｂによって、それぞれブ
ーＪ１５ａまたは１５ｂに伝達される。これらのクラ、
チ１３ａおよび１３ｂはそれぞれ電磁石１４ａおよび１
４ｂによって作動する様になっている。そしてブー！Ｊ
］５ａおよび１５ｂの回転は、ベルト１６ａ８よび１６
ｂによってそれぞれプーリ１７ａおよび１７ｂに伝達さ
れ、巻取り円筒３ａおよび３ｂを回転させる。
この時ベルトの掛は方如よって、巻取り円筒３ａは順回
転、３ｂは逆回転する様になっているので、巻取り円筒
３ａが回転している間は透明シート１は右方に移動し、
巻取り３ｂが回転する様になると左方に移動する。透明
シート１が移動する時には、必ずワイパ７を通過するの
で、その都度水滴は除去される。
第４図および第５図は、ワイパ７の位置をフロントウィ
ンドウグラスの上下端部とし、透明シート１が上下に往
復移動する場合の１例である。この場合の透明シート１
を移動させる巻取り円筒３ａ、３ｂの作動態様は、前述
の左右移動型と大同小異であるので説明は省略する。
この様に、この発明は各種の窓に比較的容易に適用する
ことが出来て、雨や霧の場合にも内部に居る者にとって
、目障りな物体の動きがなくて快適で良好な視界を得る
ことが出来る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図はこの発明を自動車のフロントウィンドウグラスに適
用した実施例を示すもので、第１，２および３図は透明
シートが左右に移動する場合である。第１図は正面から
の立面図、第２図はワイパ部分の断面図、第３図は透明
シート１を交互に左右に移行する装置の説明図である。 第４および５図は透明シートが上下に移動する場合で、
第４図は正面からの立面図、第５図はその一部の断面図

  1. １、　窓面の外面の全部または一部を覆って、透明シー
    １−（１）が往復移動を反復し、定位置に留っているワ
    イパ（７）によって、透明シート（１）上に付着した水
    滴を除去することを特徴とする窓面清浄装置。
