Claims (3)
- （１）圧電振動子と相補型ＭＯＳゲートと負荷コンデン
サと帰還抵抗、それに移相用ドレイン抵抗により構成さ
れる発振回路に於て、この移相用ドレイン抵抗に抵抗性
感温素子を用いることを特徴とした温度補償型発振回路
。 - （２）複数個の抵抗性感温素子を並列に配置し、かつそ
の温度−抵抗変化が正及び負の逆特性を示す抵抗性感温
素子を用いることを特徴とした実用新案登録請求範囲第
１項記載の温度補償型発振回路。 - （３）移相用ドレイン抵抗に用いた抵抗性感温素子に並
列に温度特性の小さな固定抵抗を挿入することを特徴と
した実用新案登録請求範囲第１項の温度補償型発振回路
。
