Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源整流回路の両端に充電しようとする二次電池と主ト
    ランジスタを直列接続してなる主回路と、前記二次電池
    の電圧を検出する電圧検出回路とを備え、前記電圧検出
    回路の出力端子にダイオードを介してコンデンサと負特
    性の抵抗温度特性を有する感温半導体抵抗器の並列回路
    の−・端を接続し、かつこの並列回路の他端を前記電源
    整流回路のマイナス側に接続し、前記二次電池の電圧が
    設定電圧以上に達したときに前記電圧検出回路の信号に
    より、充電されたコンデンサの電荷を放電させ、かつこ
    のコンデンサの端子電圧により比例動作して充電雰囲気
    温度により充電電流が漸減する時間を自動的に制御し、
    微少電流以下まで充電電流を漸減させるドライブ回路を
    設けた自動充電装置。
