Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　圧電体上にアルミニウム製の一対の入出力用の櫛形
    電極を形成し、この櫛形電極の表面波チップパッド部分
    にのみイオン衝撃後クロムもしくはニクロムを下地蒸着
    し更に銀を蒸着した表面波チップと、この表面波チップ
    を外装する絶縁性のケースと、このケースから導出され
    た端子とを備え、前記ケースの内面に前記表面波チップ
    を取り行けると共に、前記ケースの内面に形成されかつ
    前記端子に電気的に接続さたれた導体と前記表面波チッ
    プパッド部分とを導電性ペーストにより電気的に接続し
    た表面波装置。 ２　ケースの一部はプリント基板により構成され、この
    プリント基板部分に前記表面波チップが取付け−られか
    つ前記導体が形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の表面波装置。
