Claims (1)
- パターンを有するプリント基板の電極取出し部
に金属製のリード端子をはんだ付けし、前記パタ
ーン部に電極端部が部分電極となる圧電磁器振動
子を電気的かつ機械的に接続固定し、前記振動子
の振動を妨げないようにシリコンゴム等の被覆材
で覆うと共に、端子部以外を樹脂モールドしたセ
ラミツクフイルタ。
