  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ターゲットマイクロプロセッサをターゲットブロクラム
    に従って動作させる第１の機能と必要に応じてアクティ
    ブプログラムに従って動作させる第２の機能とを有する
    マイクロプロセッサアナライザにおいて、一方の切換位
    置では第１の機能動作時にのみサンプリングクロックを
    送出し他方の切換位置では両機能動作時にサンプリング
    クロックを送出するサンプリングクロック制御手段と、
    サンプリングクロック制御手段から送出されるサンプリ
    ングクロックに従ってターゲットマイクロプロセッサの
    動作プログラムを一時記憶するトレースメモリと、トレ
    ースメモリに一時記憶された澗 動作プログラムを表示する表示手段とを含むマイクロプ
    ロセッサアナライザ。
