Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁基板上に硫化カドミウムとセレン化カドミウ
    ムの固溶体から成る複数個の島状光導電素子をライン状
    に配ダ１ル、受光面を除き電気的接続のためのオーミッ
    ク電極を前記島状光導電素子の同一面に形成した平面接
    続形−次元イメージセンサにおいて前記のオーミック電
    極を２層以上とし前記島状光導電素子と直接接触する第
    １層目の電極膜の膨張係数より小さな膨張係数を有する
    物質で第２層目以上の電極を形成したことを特徴とする
    一次元イメージセンサ。
  2. （２）第１層目の電極膜をアルミニウム、第２層目の電
    極膜をニクロム、第３層目の電極膜を金としたことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の一次元イメー
    ジセンサ。
