  1. 光透過性基板と、この光透過性基板の一方の面に設けら
    れた光導電体層と、この光導電体層上に隣接して設けら
    れた複数の電極対と、前記光透過性基板の他方の面に設
    けられ、少なくとも前記複数の電極対のうち第１の電極
    対で挾まれた前記光導電体層の部分に直接入射した光を
    、異なる電極対で挾まれた光導電体層の部分に入射させ
    るように反射させる光反射層とを具備してなる光センサ
    素子。
