Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、片面に合成樹脂薄膜
が添着された起毛製品に関し、
前記合成樹脂薄膜がシボを持つ皮革状外観を呈すると共
に、起毛面はシー プ状毛玉を形成した衣料生地を 合理的に製造する方法を提供す ることを目的とする。

本発明は片面起毛生地の非起毛
側に合成樹脂被膜を添着し、タ
ンブラーで一体的に処理するこ
とを特徴とするものでする。
今、本発明方法を実施例に基い
て説明する。
荒目織物の上に合成繊維綿を層
着し、ニードルパンチを施して
両者を一体化した後、サバキシ
ヤーリング（繊維間のもつれを
ほぐすと共に一定の毛足に裁断
する）を施し、片面を起毛させ
る。
次いで、この生地の非起毛面に
ポリウレタン等の合成樹脂の薄
膜を添着（ラミネート）し、一
体化せしめる。
次いで、該生地をタンブラーで
処理すると起毛面側はシープ
状毛玉が形成されると共に、合
成樹脂薄膜はシワが寄り、皮シボ
を持つ合成皮革状を呈する。
この衣料生地は、外観良好で、防
寒性、耐水性を有する。又、起毛
層が厚いために、裏面に結露する
こともない
本発明によれば、上述の如く、表
面の皮シボの生成と、裏面のシー
プ状毛玉を有する起毛加工が一つ
の加工、即ち、タンブラー処理て
得られるもので、上記の如き有用
な衣料生地が簡単に得られる利点
がある。
