Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 飲料用容器であって、熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る
    液密な内側層と芳香剤の漏れを遮断する気密な中間層と
    を有する積層材料から形成されており、かつ所定のスト
    ロ差し込み用開口を形成するための、容器壁外側から内
    側層だけを残して貫通した穴を備えている形式のものに
    おいて、上記中間層１３の外側に、セロファン又はラッ
    カコーチング層のような、非溶着性の材料層１４を有し
    てお一す、かつ上記穴２０が封鎖条片１７によって覆わ
    れており１．該封鎖条片１７が容器壁１１と同様の熱可
    塑性のプラスチックから成る液密な内側層１２′と、芳
    香剤の漏れを遮断する気密な中間層１３′とを有してお
    り、更に封鎖条片１７の熱可塑性の内側層１２′が穴２
    ０の範囲で露出する容器壁１１の内側層１２とのみ溶着
    されていることを特徴とする飲料用容器。
