Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放熱部材を有し、正電圧印加側か前記放熱部材に取り付
    けられた発振用チップを収納した素子容器と、出力部を
    有し、前記素子容器を内蔵する空胴共振器と、前記容器
    の前記放熱部材に接続され、正電圧印加側端を有する前
    記容器の支持兼放熱体と、この支持放熱体を前記空胴共
    振器と電気的に絶縁するために該支持兼放熱体の表面に
    設けられた絶縁膜とを有することを特徴とする固体発振
    器。
