  1. 同軸共振器の中心導体の一部をガン・ダイオード等の固
    体能動素子で置換した同軸型固体発振器において、同軸
    空胴内で、かつ上記固体能動素子の近傍に、導体あるい
    は比誘電率の大きい誘電体片を位置させたことを特徴と
    する同軸型固体発振器。
