  1. ＡＴカット水晶板の両面の中央部に円形の対向電極が形
    成され、その引出し電極が上記水晶板の周縁部に向けて
    互いに逆向きにかつＸ軸に対し４５°方向に形成されて
    いることを特徴とするコンベックス型ＡＴカット水晶振
    動子。
