  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の空胴をドリフト管で連結して高周波増幅部を形成
    し、所定空胴に対して空胴特性調整装置を駆動軸、連結
    棒、歯車機構等の連結機構を介して出し入れ可能に構成
    したビーム直進形マイクロ波管において、 上記高周波増幅部の熱膨張による上記所定空胴の調整装
    置の管軸方向位置ズレに対して上記連結機構が追随する
    ように歯車又は連結棒のかみ合い範囲を管軸方向に長く
    形成してなることを特徴とするビーム直進形マイクロ波
    管。
