ー45.1The present invention relates to a self-playing disc player. Conventionally, in so-called automatic performance disc players in which disc performance is performed automatically, it is determined whether or not a disc is placed on the turntable, and when a disc is not placed on the turn table, the lead-in operation of the tone arm is performed. A mechanism for determining the presence or absence of a disk is provided. For example, C is a light source and 7
A device using an otosensor is known. The disk presence/absence determination mechanism is relatively expensive, and it has been desired to develop a low-cost disk presence/absence determination mechanism. An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic performance disc player 17 equipped with an inexpensive disc presence/absence determining mechanism. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of an automatic performance disc player 17 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes the main body of an automatic disc player which is an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a player unit, and a guide Ig! such as a rail is attached to the housing 3 of the main body 1. It is provided so that it can be freely protruded and stored via 4R (#i shown). The slide base 4 of the play 17 unit 2 has a turntable 6 rotatably driven by a motor 5 provided on the slide base 4, and a turntable 6 rotatable by a shaft 7 provided on the slide base 4. An i-arm 8 is provided which is supported and has a rest position at the deepest end of the player unit 2 in the storage direction Y, and which performs lead-in by rotating toward the side end of the player unit 1. There is. The output shaft 9 of the motor 5 is provided with a small gear 10 and a pawl 11. A shaft 12 attached to the slide base 4 of the player unit 2 has a toothless portion 13 on the right side and a small gear 10.
A main gear 15 having a main gear portion 14 that can mesh with the main gear 15 is rotatably mounted. 16 is a disk 4 placed on a turn table 6''. Further, a substantially dogleg-shaped swing arm 18 is rotatably supported on the shaft 12 . At one end of the swing arm 18, there are two large and small gear parts 1.
A planetary gear 21 that covers parts 9 and 20 is rotatably supported by a shaft 22, and is fitted into a substantially rectangular through hole 23 formed in the slide base 4. The large gear portion 19 of the planetary gear 21 meshes with a subordinate gear portion 25 provided on the lower surface of the main gear 15. On the other hand, the housing 3 is provided with a play (protruding housing direction of the units 1 and 2 (opposite direction and Y direction)) and facing the planetary gear 21 so as to sandwich the planetary gear 21.
A rack member 28 having a pair of rack gears 26 and 27 that can mesh with the small gear portion 20 is fixedly provided. Between the bent portions 29 and 30 provided at the ends of the rack gears 26 and 27 in the storage direction, and between the bent portions 31 and 32 provided at the end portions of the rack gears 27 in the protruding direction, there are gaps 33 in which the small gear portion 20 can idle. and 34 are formed in the rack member 28, which engages with the F end protrusion 39 of the shaft 22 of the swing arm 18 and guides the planetary gear 21.
0 is set LJ and C. Left end of slide base 4 (player unit storage Ij
A click lever 'lJ' is rotatably supported by a lever 44 near the part C) in the direction Y. A protrusion 46 is provided at one end of the click lever 45, and when the play 17 unit 2 is extended or retracted, the housing 3
It is engaged with a pair of L1 screws 47 and 48 which are fixed in place above. A click spring 51 is provided between the other end 49 of the click lever 45 and the other end 5o of the swing arm 18. Above click lever 45.1

The hook 131 and latch stopper 129 are returned to the positions shown in FIGS. 19(a) and 15. Furthermore, as the slide plate 93 slides in the anti-X direction, the protrusion 153 on the slide plate 93 comes into contact with the engaging portion 152 at one end of the hit plate 1/17 and suppresses it. Therefore, the relet plates 1 to 147 rotate in the direction of the release product 1 against the force horn of the coil spring 150, and return to the original rest position. However, the detection plate 8G is "C times i11" by the protrusion 88.
It does not rotate because it is regulated. Therefore, the click spring 148 also returns to its original state. Now, when the disc playing with the player controller 2 protruding outside the housing 3 is finished, and the playback button (not shown) of the arm 8 is guided to the lead-out vortex of the disc 16, 1-- The turn arm 8 rotates in one direction a little faster by a predetermined angle (by the width of the groove). At this time, the protrusion for detecting the end of the performance provided on the pickup plate 123 shown in FIG. 163 is the detection lever 16

At -C, the product swings in the 1 direction due to the biasing force of the +ir spring 150. Therefore, the detection lever 161 is biased in the opposite direction by the protrusion 149 of the relay brake 1-147, and its one end engaging portion 162 is rotated by the rotation of the performance end detection protrusion 163. The pickup plate 123, and therefore the 1-arm 8.
Due to the rotation of the pickup gear 185, the return operation is performed by continuing to rotate from the performance end position. As soon as the return operation is completed, the tone arm 8 is moved down, and the first arm 8 remains stationary at the rest position. (Z1 no Xy, l knit 2 is protruding from the housing 3 as shown in Figure 11), As described above, the click side collar 45 rotates clockwise and reverses C, and the click spring 51 swings into the swing position lx'I O.
%0J Otsul tJ is in a state where A-1 is heading towards J. ) Therefore, the planetary gear 21 is engaged with the rack 1" horn 27 of the rack member 28. The planetary gear 21 is
J is pushed by the rack gear 27 by the biasing force of 8, and is transferred along the rack gear 27 in the -UY direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the play 17 unit 2 starts moving in the Y direction with respect to the housing 3. Play 17] When the unit 1-2 moves in the Y direction and reaches a predetermined position just before the storage completion position in the housing 3, the protrusion 46 attached to one end of the click lever 45 moves to the block 48. , and the click lever 45 is reversed (knocked) in the time-removal direction. Therefore, the swing arm 18 and the planetary gear 21 receive the biasing force in the opposite direction h1 by the click spring 51. However, at this point, the switching lever 5G has returned to the original rest position according to the timing cam 75, so the shaft 2 of the swing arm 18
The upper end protrusion 59 of 2 is the one end engaging portion 5 of the switching lever 56.
7, and the swinging of the swinging arm 18 in the unloading direction is restricted. Follow-) (゛, 77W gear 21 is the gap 3 on the Y direction side between rack gears 26 and 27.
At 3, the car will idle. As shown in Hidden C1 (FIG. 9 and 21st appearance), the player unit 2 is housed in the housing 3 again. Note that when the l-rigger 246 is pulled, the lead-in operation and return operation of the l--n arm 8 follow exactly the same process as described above. ). Also, as shown in the 21st issue), the turntable 6
If the disc '16 is not installed in the main unit, the lead-in operation of the first arm 8 is prohibited by the disc i non-discrimination mechanism as described above, and
) Only the operation of storing the sea urchin players 1 and 2 into the housing 3 is performed. The disc 16 is played in the housing 33 on the chair 916. Play 17] After the performance of the disc 16 with the discs 1 and 2 stored in the housing 3 (Fig. 21) (Small state), if you want to perform again, press the start button 261.
When 1 is pressed, a replay is performed, which is exactly the same process as when the player unit 2 is projected outside the housing 3 (see FIG. 21(n)). If you wish to repeat the performance (repeat), you can press the repeat button 262 shown in FIG. By pressing the repeat button 262, the second
The repeat 1 member 253 shown in the figure slides back in the X direction.
5 and the protrusion 254 of the trigger 246 is released, and the trigger 246 becomes movable in the Y direction. Therefore, due to the biasing force of the coil spring 119 (see Figure 3), the
The heel plate 113 moves in the Y direction, and the engaging portion 140 of the control l-1 call plate 113 engages with the protrusion 14 of the hook 131.
It becomes possible to engage with 1. Therefore, when the hook 131 and the radii 1 to the collar 129 rotate in the 1 direction, the engaging portion 14
Since it is regulated by 0, the 1-in arm 8 can be repeatedly lead-in. Next, a description will be given of a place where the player finishes playing and collects the disc in the housing 3. In this case, in Figure 21 (Loading button 2 in the small state)
60 is pressed, but since the second purpose is to retrieve the disc 16, the lead-in inhibiting means causes the lead-in inhibiting means to press 1.
- Lead-in operation of the lead-in arm 8 is prohibited. FIG. 20 (al shows the state before the loading button 260 is pressed. When the loading button 260 is pressed,
As shown in No. 20, the play V1 units 1 and 2 begin to slide in the counter-Y direction, and the pickup gear 185 begins to rotate in the horizontal direction. As the player units 1 and 2 slide in the opposite Yh direction, the other end engaging portion 211 of the leaf spring 210 fixedly attached to the housing ζ3 engages the actuating member'

4 in the moving direction, and the one end engaging portion 199 of the actuating member 197 cannot engage with the lead-in wrap 187. The lead-in wrap 187, which is no longer engaged with the one end engaging portion 199 of the actuating member 197, does not turn over and continues to move as the pickup gear 185 rotates while remaining stationary. Then, the lead-in wrap 187 engages with the projections 134 of the pickup plate 123! Therefore, the lead-in operation of the tone arm 8 is prohibited. When the play 17 unit 2 further slides in the counter-Y direction and reaches the predetermined position, the block 215 fixed to the housing 3 moves the actuating member 197 as shown in FIG.
The actuating member 197 is pressed and returns to its original rest position. Further, when the play 17 unit 2 starts the storage operation and reaches a predetermined position just before the storage is completed, the actuating member 197
A protrusion 212 provided on one side 201 of the two-pronged branch part engages with the other end engaging part 211 of the leaf spring 210, but the rotation of the actuating member 197 in one direction of the release product is restricted by the protrusion 205. Since the plate spring 210 is bent, this engagement is released. Thus, as shown in FIG.
Only the operation of ejecting the disk 16 to the outside of the housing 3 is performed, and the disk 16 is recovered. In addition, as shown in FIG. 21 (0), pre list 7T
Immediately after the 1st unit 2 is stored in the housing 3 and the lead-in operation of ○ is performed to the 1st unit 1 in this state, 1st
