点を有している。Conventionally, when sewing high-quality men's clothing, etc., a sewing method is known in which the interlining or lining is partially basted with the outer material using basting thread, then sewn together with sewing thread, and then the basting thread is removed to obtain a sewn product. The process is complicated, making it unsuitable for the production of large licks, and has the disadvantage of increasing the manufacturing cost. On the other hand, a method is also known in which the outer material and the lining are thermally bonded using a heat-adhesive interlining and then sewn together. Is this how the sewing process is done? 1. However, it has the disadvantage that it maintains adhesive strength even after sewing and hardens the texture. Furthermore, there is also a method of moistening the interlining provided with a water-soluble resin layer, adhering it to the outer material, lining material, etc., then sewing it, and then removing the water-soluble resin by washing with water.
No. 6699, however, has the drawback that the shape of the finished product is damaged.

接着縫製品である。The present inventor has arrived at the present invention as a result of diligent research to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, in the present invention, an outer material, an interlining material, and/or a lining material are adhered to each other through an α-olefin vinyl ester copolymer containing 55 to 80% by weight of an α-olefin component, and are sewn together with a sewing thread. This temporary adhesive sewn product is characterized by being treated with a halogenated organic solvent to remove the adhesion between the outer material and the interlining and/or lining material.

Fabrics such as synthetic fibers such as acrylic alone or in combination are widely mentioned; however, wool, which is easily affected by water washing,
It is effective when applied to animal hair fiber fabrics such as cashmere or mixed fabrics of animal hair fibers and synthetic fibers. Of course, the animal hair fiber may be pre-shrunk processed by a conventional method.

Examples include copolymers with esters, and the weight fraction of α-olefin in the copolymers must be 55 to 80% by weight. However, a particularly preferred copolymer is an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer. The melt index (M engineering) of the copolymer (temperature 150°C, load a 16og according to ASTM Dl1238) is 50 to 300 (9

It can be obtained by In order to provide an adhesive resin layer on the interlining, it is preferable to spread the granular resin and then heat it to make it adhere, or to immerse it in a liquid in which the granular resin is dispersed and dry it, but this method is limited to curing. isn't it. The amount of copolymer applied varies depending on the outer material, the interlining daily, the M process of the copolymer, the double-sided adhesiveness of the interlining, etc., but is usually about 5 to 409/d, preferably 5 to 209/d. be.

The sewing hook is then sewn onto clothing or the like using a sewing machine or the like. In the present invention, since the materials are sewn together in a pre-adhesive state, there is no misalignment of the interlining, lining, etc., and sewing can be performed exactly as cut, with high productivity, without the need for skill, and with extremely high efficiency and high quality.
