Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽内で被洗浄体の洗浄をした洗浄液が供給され、こ
の洗浄液を蒸溜して前記洗浄槽に供給す゛る洗浄液蒸溜
機において、一端および他端部が洗浄液蒸溜機外にまで
突出しかつ内部に蓄熱コイルが装着された管体からなり
洗浄液蒸溜機内洗浄液の液面位より下方の位置に装着さ
れた燃焼管と、ガス雰囲気炉から排出された可燃性雰囲
気ガスを洗浄液蒸溜機内洗浄液の温度に対応１て前記燃
焼管の一端に導く燃料供給手段と、前記燃焼管の一端に
導かれた可燃性雰囲気ガスに点火するパイロット燃焼手
段とを備え、前記可燃性雰囲気ガスを前記燃焼管内で燃
焼させることを特徴とする洗浄液蒸溜機。
