入口、６はソース容器、２０は油槽、２１は攪拌器、２
２は温度センサー、２３は加熱ヒーター、２４は温度調
整器、２５は　　゛油槽蓋、−２６はシリコンオイルを
示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ソース容器より反応管内に反応ガスを導入し、該反応管
    内の基板上に成長膜を形成する化学気相成長装置におい
    て、前記ソース容器を油中に浸漬して所定温度に加熱す
    る加熱機構を設けたことを特徴とする化学気相成長装置
    。
