リッター、５は分岐管、６はニードルバルブ、７は噴霧
ガス導入管、１１は濃縮室、−１４は真空排気管、１５
は受ノズル、１７はイオン化室、１８はオリフィス板、
１９はオリフィス、２０は噴霧ガス管、２１は噴霧ガス
ノズル、２２は真空領域、２３はヒータ、２４はジェッ
トであ、る。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）真空排気されたイオン源と、このイオン源に真空
    外から液体試料を導入する導入パイプと、この導入パイ
    プの先端部に設けられた二重管構造のスプリッターと、
    このスプリッターの端部を覆いかつ前記導入パイプの先
    端に対向して設けられたオリフィス板とを備えたことを
    特徴とする液体試料導入装置。
  2. （２）スプリッターとイオン源とは真空領域を有する濃
    縮室により接続している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の液体試料導入装置。
  3. （３）オリフィス板は、環状に開口する噴霧ガスノズル
    により覆われている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項また
    は第２項記載の液体試料導入装置。
