Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）液冷半導体素子、該半導体素子の冷却液を閉鎖液
    体管路を介して冷却するための送水再冷却器、前記半導
    体素子を制御する制御盤、該制御盤を収納する収納箱、
    該収納箱内の空気を循環する送風機、および該送風機の
    通風路に在って夏期は通風を冷却し、冬期は通風を温め
    乞ように動作せしめられる送風熱交換器を備える半導体
    変換装置。−
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体変換
    装置において、送風熱交換器はその被熱交換水の入口側
    が送水再冷却器の冷却水出口側に設けた流量調節弁の再
    冷却器側と前記送水再冷却器の冷却水入口側とにそれぞ
    れ流量調節弁を介して連結され、出口側が前記再冷却器
    の冷却水出口側に設けた流量調節弁の反再冷却器側に連
    結されることを特徴とする半導体変換装置。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の半導体変
    換装置において、半導体素子冷却用閉鎖管路に流量調節
    弁が挿入され、送風熱交換器はその被熱交換水の入口側
    が送水再冷却器の冷却水入口側と半導体素子冷却用閉鎖
    管路に設けた流量調節弁の高圧側とにそれぞれ流量調節
    弁を介して連結され、出口側が送水再冷却器の冷却水出
    口側と前記閉鎖管路に設けた流量調節弁の低圧側とにそ
    れぞれ流量調節弁を介して接続されることを特徴とする
    半導体変換装置。
