ているため自動車のドアトリム、パッケージトレー、エ
アダクト、センターピラーなど自動車用の内装材として
広く使用されている。そしてこれらの基材は単独では相
手部材に対して取付けかでさないので、基材にはファス
ナー、ブラケットあるいけリテーナなどの取付は片を、
接着、カシメ、ピン止めなどの固定手段で予じめアッシ
ーした後、アソンーした取付は片を介して所定の相手部
材に取付けられる。しかしがガら、財付は片を固定手段
により基材に取付けるには、取付は号を基材に止着する
ための接着剤、カシメピンなどの部品が必要であり、か
つ基材に対する取付は片の位置決めガ行ない難い丘、范
ばえの良い仕上りにならず美感上も好ましくない欠点が
弗った。そこで本発明(1フアイバー質の基材の取付は
時の従来欠点を解決しようとしたものである。すなわち
、本発明の1的はファイバー質の基材に対して取付は片
を射出成形し、成形とともに取付は片を基材の所定部位
に固Nζせ得るようにしたファイバー質の基材に突出片
を形成する方法を提供することにあり、もってカシメピ
ンなどの部品を必要とせずかつ位置決めがし易く、かつ
仕上り後の外観が美しい取付は片を基材に形成し得るも
