  1. クリーンルームの天井からパイプを吊下し、このパイプ
    の上端に吸気口を設け、かつ送風装置を内蔵し、この送
    風装置より下方のパイプ部分をフレキシブルに形成する
    と共に、吹出口（パイプ下端）に高性能フィルタを設け
    たことを特徴とするクリーンスポット形成装置を備えた
    クリーンルーム。
