    のＭＯＳ）ランジスタのゲーＩ〜に接続され、各段の他
    方のＭＯＳ）ランジスタのゲートは共通接続され、該他
    方のＭＯＳ　トランジスタのゲート電圧を変化させて発
    振周波数を変化しうるようにしたことを特徴とする電圧
    制御形発振回路。
