Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体素子を主構成要素とする負荷回路と、該負荷回路
    と電源との間に直列接続された電子的開閉素子と、該電
    子的開閉素子の開閉制御端子と接地との間に接続したコ
    ンデンサと、該コンデンサをパルス列信号を出力するこ
    とによって充電する発振回路とを備え、 第１の制御信号を入力することにより前記コン゛　デン
    サの充電を開始し前記電子的開閉素子を導通させ、該負
    荷回路に電源を供給するとともに、該発振回蕗を起動し
    て該コンデンサを充電し続けて該電子的開閉素子の導通
    状態を保持し、第２の制御信号を入力することにより該
    コンデンサを放電させ該電子的開閉素子を遮断するとと
    もに該発振回路の動作を停止させて該負荷回路への電源
    の供給を遮断するように構成したことを特徴とする電源
    供給制御回路。
