Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被検出物照明用光源からの光を被検出物体に入射
    し、反射してくる光を受光して色検出を行い、この色検
    出に基づいて色判定を行う色検出装置において、前記光
    源を直線偏光光源とするために該光源の投光面に配設さ
    れた偏光器と、反射光を受光する色検出部の受光面に配
    設され前記偏光器を透過した直線偏光をしゃ断もしくは
    楕円偏光に変換する検出器と、前記色検出部内に設けら
    れ集光された光を複数の色に分解する色分解手段とを備
    えたことを特徴とする偏光一式色検出装置。
  2. （２）前記偏光器と検光器は互いに９０°をなすように
    配設された偏光板であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（１）項記載の偏光式色検出装置。
  3. （３）　　前記色分解手段は、ビームスプリッタと複数
    の光学フィルタとからなることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１）項もしくは第（２）項記載の偏光
    式色検出装置。
