    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱源と温度制御用センサとを内蔵する加熱部と、該加
    熱部上面に設けられ中央部に真空吸着用の穴を有する加
    熱板とを備えるチップ部品交換用加熱器具において、前
    記加熱部外形はすい体形をなし且つ前記加熱板は交換す
    べきチップ部品のみを載せる足る大きさの平板であるこ
    とを特徴とするチップ部品交換用加熱器具。
