ＰＩＮダイオード、４’ｊｉバ−イアスミ圧印加手段、
５は■バイアス制御装置、６は超伝導トンネル接合素子
、７はバイアス電圧印加制御装置である。なお、図中同
一符号は、同一または相　　　　・当部骨を示すものと
する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導波管に並列！こ接続された超伝導トンネル接合素子を
    バイアス電圧印加手段、並びにバイアス電圧印加制御手
    段を用いて、超伝導トンネル接合素子のバイアス電圧を
    変える事により、導波管の０Ｎ１０ＦＦ、１行うように
    した事を特徴とするスイッチ。
