    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸受ハウジング内に支持される軸受部材とこの軸受部材
    に挿入される回転軸との間の間隙に、駆動源の駆動によ
    り発生させた圧縮気体を供給してこの回転軸を軸支する
    気体軸受装置において、前記軸受部材と回転軸とをセラ
    ミックスで形成するとともに、前記駆動源を回転軸の回
    転数に応じて駆動制御する制御手段を設けたことを特徴
    とする気体軸受装置。
