Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）芯地と、この芯地に配設された正の温度係数を有
    する可とう性の発熱体と、この発熱体への通電を制御す
    る制御極付双方向性整流素子メ、前記制御極付双方向性
    整流素子を時間比例制御させて前記発熱体の温度を可変
    させる時間比例制御回路とを備えた温度制御装置。
  2. （２）時間比例制御回路は、スイッチング素子と直列に
    接続された抵抗、コンデンサより成る充電回路と、可変
    抵抗と抵抗の直列回路より成る時間設定回路と、前記充
    電回路の充電電位と時間設定回路の設定電位を比較する
    電圧比較回路より構成し、前記電圧比較回路の出力で、
    前記コンデンサの放電回路を構成するスイッチング素子
    の制御と前記コンデンサの充電回路を構成する前記スイ
    ッチング素子を制御してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の温度制御装置。
  3. （３）制御極付双方向性整流素子のトリガーは、電源の
    周波数と同期する電源回路々、時間比例制御回路との出
    力を比較して電源周期と同期する構成とした実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の温度制御装置。
