Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）未定着トナー像を担持する記録紙を、互いに圧接
    する定着ローラと加圧ローラとのローラ対の圧接部に上
    記トナー像が定着ローラに接する如く通紙することによ
    り上記未定着トナー像を記録紙に定着させ、定着ローラ
    へのオフセット防止及びクリーニングのため定着ローラ
    に離型性オイルを塗布する装置を有する電子写真記録装
    置の定着装置において、上記のオイル塗布装置は定着ロ
    ーラの軸線に平行な軸に所定の範囲揺動自在に軸支され
    たフレームに一面が定着ローラの周面を揺動する如く取
    付けられ離型性オイルを含浸させたオイル塗布部材と、
    上記オイル塗布部材が定着ローラ周面との接触部におい
    て常時定着ローラの回転方向と逆方向に揺動する如く付
    勢する手段とを有して成り、上記オイル塗布装置が上記
    の付勢手段に抗してその揺動軸の回りに上記所定の範囲
    回動した位置にあることを検知する手段を有することを
    特徴とする定着装置。
  2. （２）上記の検知手段の検知信号により機械動作を停止
    させるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の定着装置。
