    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リードフレーム上に半導体ペレットを載置し、その両者
    を固着するグイボンディング装置において、リードフレ
    ームを加熱するヒーターブロックと、リードフレームを
    ヒーターブロックの表面に押え付けるリードフレーム押
    えとを有し、ヒーターブロックの表面と該表面に対面す
    るリードフレーム押えの抑圧面とを平行姿勢に保持して
    ヒーターブロックとリードフレーム押えとを一体客造と
    したことを特徴とするグイボンディング装置。
