    圧よりも小さい順方向電圧を有するダイオードのアノー
    ドを前記出力トランジスタのベースに、かつ、カソード
    をコレクタに接続してなることを特徴とするフォトトラ

    トランジスタにおいて、前記ダイオードはショットキー
    、バリア、ダイオードであることを特徴とするフォトト
