Conventional 1 For example, a veneer assembly process in which front and back plates of plywood are alternately assembled, or veneer stacking in which assembled front and back plates and glued middle plates are alternately stacked. In the process, etc., relatively thick and rigid bottom plates are interposed between appropriate layers of the veneer to be processed for the purpose of correcting the stacking posture. When done manually, there were problems with efficiency and safety.

On the other hand, for example, as disclosed in "Method and Apparatus for Incorporating Floor Plate in Automatic Lamination Process of Thin Plate" (Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-48493), a plurality of floor plates are prepared on the side of the stacking position of the veneer. An attempt was also made to take out one sheet at an appropriate time and feed it horizontally into the space above the stacking position, and then let it fall. , an error may occur in the falling position of the bottom plate, resulting in insufficient correction of the stacking posture, or the condition of the raw cotton in the subsequent raw cotton process may become uneven, resulting in poor adhesion of the veneer. This poses a problem in terms of practicality because it causes problems.

That is, in the veneer stacking process as described above, the bottom board insertion method according to the present invention is provided with a temporary board support mechanism consisting of an opening/closing bar, etc. above the stacking position, and a plurality of veneer boards near the stacking position. The prepared floorboards are taken out one by one at appropriate times, and the temporary floorboard support is transferred to the mechanism by a carrying mechanism consisting of a pair of rollers, etc., and each time the floorboards reach above the stacking position, the temporary support for the floorboards is transferred to the mechanism. When inserting a slat between appropriate layers of the veneer to be processed by opening and dropping the temporary holder, the next sill is carried into the carrying mechanism before the temporary holder of the preceding sill is released. After the preceding bed plate is reliably transferred to a predetermined position above the stacking position by following the preceding bed plate, the temporary support is released and the bed plate is allowed to fall. By following the bottom plate, the preceding bottom plate can be reliably fed to a predetermined position above the stacking position, that is, exactly at the desired drop position, and can therefore be accurately dropped to the desired position. Not only is it more efficient and safer than manual methods, but it can also be dropped more accurately than the above-mentioned method of ejecting and dropping, and is extremely practical.

That is, when the pair of rollers 2, 2a are rotated from the initial state as illustrated in FIG. 4, and the uppermost one of the plurality of prepared bottom plates 3 is inserted into the rollers 2, 2a, As illustrated in FIG. 5, the uppermost bottom plate 3a is sequentially transferred to the opening/closing bar 1a, but eventually a pair of rollers 2
After passing through 2a, the conveying force is stopped, and the conveying force is stopped at a position where the inertial force is exhausted, as illustrated in FIG. Then, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the next floor plate 3b is prepared.
is inserted into the rollers 2, 2a to follow the preceding bottom plate 3a as shown in FIG. By opening the temporary support provided by the opening/closing bar 1*1a, the bottom plate 3a can be dropped, and then by closing the opening/closing bars 1 and 1a at an appropriate time, the state illustrated in FIG. 10 is restored.

Thereafter, by repeating the steps illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 10 as needed, the bottom plates 3 are interposed between appropriate layers of the veneers 9 deposited in large numbers on the stacking table 8 in FIG. 1. However, even if there is an error in the initial loading position (the stopping position in Figure 6) due to the weight of the floor plate or non-uniformity of the coefficient of friction, the next floor plate can be moved as described above. After the preceding floor plate is moved to a predetermined position above the stacking position, the temporary support is released and the preceding floor plate is dropped. Therefore, the desired floor plate can be moved very precisely and efficiently. This makes it possible to drop the veneer into the desired position, and prevents insufficient correction of the stacking posture caused by inappropriate intervening position of the veneer, or unequaled veneer state due to the unbalanced condition of the raw cotton in the subsequent raw cotton process. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of defects such as poor adhesion, and it is possible to improve the efficiency and rationalization of processing in the single board deposition process, etc.

In addition, when releasing the temporary support of the preceding bottom plate, please refer to the ninth
As illustrated in the figure, it is possible to stop the operation of the carry-in mechanism under the control of the control mechanism in response to the arrival of the preceding floor plate at a predetermined position, and to stop the advancement of the next floor plate before proceeding. , if the next sill plate becomes a hindrance to the stacking of the veneer □

In addition, it is possible to accurately drop a floor plate to a desired position by simply making the next floor plate follow the previous one, transporting the preceding one to a predetermined position above the stacking position, and then dropping it. However, as illustrated in the embodiment, if a stopper is provided to be located on the lower side in the direction of movement of the bottom plate at a predetermined position where the bottom plate is to be transferred, and the tip of the bottom plate is brought into contact with the stopper to restrict the movement. , it is convenient because it can further stabilize the transfer position, and if the stopper becomes a hindrance to stacking the veneer, use means such as installing it on the opening/closing bar as illustrated in the example. The location of the deposit
It would be fine if both parties were forced to temporarily evacuate.

However, the mechanism of temporary support for the bottom plate is not limited to the one using the opening/closing bar as exemplified in the embodiment, and although not shown in the drawings, for example, it can be made by installing rollers as necessary. If the structure is such that it is possible to temporarily receive temporary access and to release temporary support at a timely manner,
There is no problem with any form of temporary support for the bottom plate, even if it is a mechanism.
Similarly, the carrying-in mechanism is not limited to a pair of upper and lower rollers as exemplified in the embodiment, and although not shown, for example, a roller conveyor that stacks a plurality of floor plates can also serve as an insertion mechanism. - A floor plate separation member consisting of a stopper or the like that separates the floor plates one by one is placed on top of a conveyor member such as a chain conveyor, etc., in short, the temporary support of the floor plates is transferred to a mechanism that separates the floor plates one by one. Any type of carrying mechanism may be used as long as it is configured to allow transfer.

Furthermore, the control mechanism including the floor plate detector is not limited to the form as exemplified in the embodiment, and although not shown, for example, instead of the floor plate detector, a timer or the like connected to the floor plate detector may be used. In short, any device that is configured to control the movement of the bottom plate in the order as exemplified in the process diagram, such as one that controls the operation of the opening/closing bar using a timer mechanism, can be used. Various types of control mechanisms may be used, and since there are various conventionally known techniques that can perform such control, there is no problem in using them.

Further, an insertion mechanism is not necessarily required, and it is possible to insert the bottom plate manually, but even if an insertion mechanism is used, it is not limited to a fluid cylinder with a claw as illustrated in the embodiment. Although not shown, a fluid cylinder having a stroke equal to or longer than the length of the bottom plate is provided on the upper side in the insertion direction of the bottom plate so as to be able to push the bottom plate to the bottom plate temporary holding mechanism, for example, in order to double as a carry-in mechanism. In short, any type of insertion mechanism may be used as long as the bottom plates can be inserted one by one.

As is clear from the above, the present invention has an extremely simple and rational configuration in which the bottom plate to be interposed next is used to position the bottom plate to be interposed first.
This system enables the veneer to be efficiently and accurately dropped to a desired position, and to be properly interposed between the appropriate layers of the veneer to be processed, improving processing efficiency in the veneer stacking process, etc. compared to conventional methods. The implementation effects are extremely significant.

[Scope of Claims] 1. In a veneer stacking process, etc. in which a large number of veneers are sequentially stacked at a desired stacking position, a temporary board support consisting of an opening/closing bar, etc. above the -1 position is provided with a mechanism. At the same time, a plurality of bottom plates prepared in the vicinity of the stacking position are taken out one by one at appropriate times and transferred to the temporary bottom plate support I11 by a loading mechanism consisting of a pair of rollers, etc., and the bottom plates are piled up. Each time the sill board i-holder reaches the upper position, the temporary holder by the mechanism is released and allowed to fall, thereby releasing the temporary holder of the preceding sill board when inserting the sill board between each appropriate layer of the veneer to be processed. The reason for doing this is to carry the next board into the carrying mechanism and make it follow the preceding board, so that it is reliably transferred to the predetermined position of the preceding board and then the temporary support is released. , A method for inserting a kudzu shingle board in a veneer deposition process, etc., which is characterized in that the shingle board is accurately dropped to a desired position. ; When the preceding bottom plate reaches a predetermined position ~, the advancement of the next bottom plate is stopped, and the temporary support for the preceding bottom plate is released. How to insert a padding in 3. The veneer stacking step according to claim 1', which comprises, in accordance with the arrival of the preceding floor plate at a predetermined position, by slightly retracting the next floor plate i and releasing the temporary support for the preceding floor plate. How to insert the bottom plate in etc. 4. A stopper is provided at a predetermined position on the lower side in the direction of movement of the bottom plate to restrict the movement of the bottom plate, and the transfer position is provided. A method for inserting a bottom plate in a veneer stacking process, etc. as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, comprising stabilization, product, G: t, -C.
