Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アクチュエータケース内にピストンを移動自在に挿入し
    てケース内を第１、第２室に区画すると共に、ピストン
    と上記ケースの内周面の間を、第１室に面する第１ゴム
    ダイヤフラムと第２室に面する第２ゴムダイヤフラムに
    より連結し、一方の室を負圧に、他方の室を大気圧に切
    換自在に連通ずることによりピストンを負圧の室側へ移
    動させるダブルゴムダイヤフラム式復動型アクチュエー
    タにおいて、ピストンが負圧室側へ移動したとき、大気
    圧室側のゴムダイヤフラムが、伸びが０の成型形状とな
    るようにゴムダイヤフラムを設けたことを特徴とするダ
    ブルゴムダイヤフラム式復動型アクチュエータ。
