    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 下部体と中間体と上部体で形成したハウジング内を２枚
    のダイアフラムで第１室、第２室、第３室に区分し、第
    １室は常時大気に連通し、気密な第２，３室はそれぞれ
    大気と負圧に切換えて接続するタップを設け、下部体の
    中心に装着した固定筒体には、下から上向きに付勢され
    且つ該固定筒体の下面と掛止する段部を有した出力軸を
    上下動可能に装着し、この出力軸の中間部に設けた段部
    と掛止する可動筒体を下方のダイアフラムに貫通して固
    着し、第１のダイアフラムの作動距離を第２の作動距離
    より長く形成したことを特徴とする負圧アクチュエータ
    。
