    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 各々のカソードあるいはアノードが共通に！続、　　さ
    れ、該共通接続端子が電源の一方の端子に接続され、且
    つ、各々のアノードあるいはカソードが別々の駆動用端
    子に接続された複数のＬＥＤより成るＬＥＤアレイを駆
    動する駆動回路において、前記各駆動用端子に各々ＬＥ
    Ｄ駆動用ＭＯ３Ｉ−ランジスタの一端を直接接続し、該
    各ＬＥＤ駆動用ＭＯＳトランジスタの他端を共通に前記
    電源の他方の端子に接続すると共に、前記ＬＥＤ駆動用
    ＭＯ８）ランジスタのオン時降下電圧■。８が電源電圧
    ＶＤＩ）とＬＥＤ順方向降下電ｉｖｐとの差電圧■ＤＤ
    　　ＶＦに略等しくなるように前記ＬＥＤ駆動用ＭＯＳ
