    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光ダイオードからなる発光部とフォトトラン゛　ジス
    タからなる受光部とにより構成されたフォト　　カプラ
    であって、前記発光部にて入力端子と発光ダイオード間
    に電流制限抵抗を介挿接続するとともに逆電圧接続に対
    する発光ダイオード保護用の、ダイオードを前記発光ダ
    イオードに接続し、さらに前記受光部においてフォトト
    ランジスタのコレクタ、エミッタ間にツェナーダイオー
    ドを接続して１．前記発光ダイオードおよびフォトトラ
    ンジスタを過！圧から保護するように構成したことを特
    徴とするフォトカプラ。
