    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 運動体の動作を位相が相異なる第１および第２のパルス
    信号に変換するパルス変換手段と、前記第１および第２
    のパルス信号のいずれか一方のパルス数をカウントする
    アップ・ダウンカウンタと、前記第１および第２のパル
    ス信号の位相差から前記運動体の移動方向の正逆を検出
    する移動方向検出手段と、この移動方向検出手段の正逆
    出力に対応して前記アップ・ダウンカウンタのカウント
    アツプおよびカウントダウンを切換える切換手段と、前
    記アップ・ダウンカウンタのカウント値をアナログ信号
    に変換するデジタル／アナログ変換器とを備えた運動体
    の動作特性検出器。
