  1. 、　　アクチュエータで駆動し、半田槽に対し進退動す
    るシャフトの先端に、半田槽表面の酸化膜及びフラック
    スを除却する引出し可能なシリコンゴムテープを有する
    カートリッジを取付け、半田槽外に、除去後の酸化膜及
    びフラックスをシリコンゴムテープより払拭するワイヤ
    ーを張設してなる半田表面清掃装置。
